A few Fixes Please

Hey, Ive got 2 Forum suggestions, hope its not too much to ask.

- Allow Signatures with Bb code
- Allow external links for new players

PS: Silent I know you're going to need help with the forums.. So Im right here if you need anything, Theres alot I want to help you out with but you gotta tell me what the admin pass is so I can edit a few things. Like adding crowns and associate Players with ranks and also adding the webclient button. I know I spent alot of time making a new forum that wasnt even needed and the old forums I took so much care of and edited everyday to make it better but we gotta move on and this is the new forum so I would be glad to make it better.
