Duradel gives tasks sometimes that are monsters that require a higher level in slayer than you have...
eg.

Kyle, all you need to do is go back and get an easier task. This happens Wi quite a few NPCs in the Slayer Tower. Thanks for posting.

Yeah i found out i could ask for an easier task nevertheless this should be fixed but it is not of high priority at the moment hope it gets in the future tho
